The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Detailed information on the processing of Personal Data

Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

• Building and running this Application

  Key components of this Application are built and run directly by the Owner by making use of the software listed below.

  Trustd Threat Intelligence

  To improve the quality of our security service, the Trustd app may collect the following anonymous data from Android and iOS devices on which it is installed:
  - Your device - make, model, software version and configuration;
  - Trustd app - configuration and crash reports;
  - High risk WiFi events - SSID of connected WiFi networks;
  - Website Reputation: When a website is browsed to or detected from your device, the Trustd app may query the reputation of the website by sending the URL of the website to our cloud infrastructure.
  - (Android only) Installed App reputation - when an application is Installed on an Android device, the Trustd app will send installed Application information to our cloud infrastructure to determine the reputation of the application. Installed Application information includes: app name, version, install date, install source, APK file information, intents and permissions;
  
  This information may be sent to https://api.control.traced.app/
  
  Personal Data processed: Universally unique identifier (UUID).

  This processing constitutes:

• Handling compliance

  Trustd MTD

  When instances of the Trustd app or CyberSmart app have been enrolled into the Trustd MTD service in "Personal Mode", the following information may be collected from enrolled instances of the Trustd app or CyberSmart app, processed by the Trustd MTD service and shared with designated administrators of your organisation's Trustd MTD account:
  - Device information- make, model and software version and configuration;
  - Security statuses - red, amber or green security statuses of your device.
  - Other events - if your device accesses a suspicious or malicious website (the URL of the website itself will NOT be shared).
  This data will only be accessible to the designated administrators of your organisation's Trustd MTD account through the Trustd MTD administrative console and may be cross-referenced back to personal data that your organisation have associated with your device.
  
  When instances of the Trustd app or CyberSmart app have been enrolled into the Trustd MTD service in "Corporate Mode", the following Trustd Threat Intelligence information may be collected from enrolled instances of the Trustd app or CyberSmart app, processed by the Trustd MTD service and shared with designated administrators of your organisation's Trustd MTD account:
  - Your device - make, model, software version and configuration;
  - Trustd app or CyberSmart app - configuration;
  - WiFi events - SSID of connected WiFi networks;
  - (Android only) Apps - when an application is Installed on an Android device, the Trustd app or CyberSmart app will send installed Application data to our cloud infrastructure to determine the reputation of the application. Installed Application information includes: app name, version, install date, install source, APK file information, intents and permissions;
  - (Android only) Events - if apps running in the background record your camera, microphone, screen or calls.
  - Other events - if your device accesses a suspicious or malicious website (the URL of the website itself will NOT be shared).
  
  
  
  
  This data may only be accessible to the designated administrators of your organisation's Trustd MTD account through the Trustd MTD administrative console and may be cross-referenced back to personal data that your organisation have associated with your device.

  This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable this Application to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of this Application.

  Some services among those listed below, if any, may work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

  Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Amazon Web Services, Inc.)

  Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a hosting and backend service provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc.

  Crashlytics is a monitoring service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

  This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.
  Most browsers and devices provide tools to opt out from this feature by default. If explicit authorization has been provided, the User’s location data may be tracked by this Application.
  The geographic location of the User is determined in a manner that isn't continuous, either at the specific request of the User or when the User doesn't point out its current location in the appropriate field and allows the application to detect the position automatically.

  These services have the purpose of hosting and running key components of this Application, therefore allowing the provision of this Application from within a unified platform. Such platforms provide a wide range of tools to the Owner – e.g. analytics, user registration, commenting, database management, e-commerce, payment processing – that imply the collection and handling of Personal Data. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

  VirusTotal

  To improve improve the accuracy and efficiency of malicious URL detection, the reputation of accessed URLs and installed APK File Hashes may be anonymously shared with VirusTotal.
